The Real Estate Section of the firm includes eight full-time attorneys with paralegals and other support staff who can provide the full scope of services to commercial real estate clients, ranging from property purchase throughout development and disposition. Members of the firm routinely perform complex real estate closings, including the related tasks of entity formation and structuring of the transaction so as to protect the interests of the client. We are experienced in the issues relating to 1031 "tax-free" exchanges and have worked closely with our clients in creating equity by means of tax-credit housing incentives and the use of historic tax credits.
