Known
for seamlessly navigating both real estate and corporate transactions, Mike
delivers a practical, business-focused approach and a strong commitment to
guiding clients efficiently through complex deals from start to finish.
Mike
represents clients in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, leading
them through acquisitions, sales, financing, development projects, and broader
business deals. He works with developers, investors, lenders, and business
owners to structure and close transactions efficiently while protecting their
financial and operational interests.
Mike's
practice is distinguished by his ability to bridge real estate and corporate
considerations within a single transaction. Whether handling a development
project, a business sale, or a combined real estate and M&A deal, he helps
clients navigate the full lifecycle—from due diligence and negotiations through
closing—while identifying potential risks early and keeping deals on track.
Before
joining the firm, Mike worked at an Atlanta-based law firm focused on
high-volume real estate transactions, where he developed a strong foundation in
managing complex, fast-paced deals.
Mike is
admitted to practice in Georgia and California. He is a native Korean speaker
and has intermediate proficiency in Spanish, which allows him to work
effectively with a diverse client base.
Outside
of his practice, Mike enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of the Chicago Bulls.
