Real estate transactions are confronted with many complexities, both anticipated and unanticipated. Clients look to James for practical solutions and strategies to resolve the various challenges that are presented over the course of the deal. James is experienced in serving a wide range of clients. These include institutional purchasers, developers, sellers, and lenders in all aspects of transactional work, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and lending work for retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and large portfolio projects across the southeast. James' broad range of experience and knowledge provide him with a unique insight into the challenges that his clients encounter.
James graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Public
Administration and Public Policy and received his J.D. from the University of
Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, James served on the school's
chapter of the American Inns of Court and law review.
When not practicing law, James enjoys spending time with his wife, Ally, and their two children, Eli and Emma.
