John N. Gracia

John brings to the firm a busy practice involving estate planning, probate, and general business counsel.

John provides a wide range of estate planning services to individuals of all life stages, advising clients on strategies to simplify property distribution, probate avoidance, and asset protection through the use of foundational to advanced Wills and Trusts.

John has also represented hundreds of Executors and Administrators in various probate courts across the State of Georgia, and has a passion for assisting clients during times of overwhelming anxiety and grief.

John also provides general business counsel, advising clients throughout the business cycle commencing with entity formation and continuing throughout operational expansion, sale and succession, synthesizing the intersection of business ownership and estate planning.

Prior to joining the firm, John was a partner at a small firm in Alpharetta, and has worked as an associate in both transactional and litigation capacities at other boutique firms in the Atlanta area. John received his JD from DePaul University in Chicago, and holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia.

John is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and its Fiduciary Law section. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, his dogs, and his golf clubs.
